Initially you will need a reputable legal representative to check the
development has all the correct licences, guarantees and ownership. We have a
panel of legal partners, both in the UK and overseas to choose from in order to
represent you. Once the property has been found, our legal partners provide a
smooth service to ensure all points are covered and you are protected during and

Our mortgage offering consists of either a developer’s repayment only mortgage
package, or alternatively, our independent mortgage desk, which sources deals
through ALL major European Banks. Either way you will see rates abroad are very
competitive compared to rates at home.
Currency Exchange is an important step in the buying process, with rates
fluctuating this can have both a positive and negative impact on the total
amount of monies required to be sent over to the clients Solicitor account,
which ultimately can impact on overall costing. We tend to work with currency
specialists as opposed high street banks as rates are somewhat more attractive.
COMPARE THE DIFFERENCE
If you intend to keep or even let the property we can provide a comprehensive
management service to both market the property and maintain it. There are
various furniture packs to suit; often these can be on a uniformed approach as
preferred by the large rental companies, or on a bespoke basis for your own use.
Insurance products are available to protect your latest asset, whether this is
Buildings & Contents, Life Assurance or income protection, we can arrange full
