Once clients have selected a property with the help of one of our agent’s presentations in the UK, this is then usually followed by an Inspection trip to the selected resort. Our inspection trips are well organized, professional trips overseas in order to take in as many features as possible during your stay. We often include meetings with the following partners:

• Solicitors

• Banks

• Furniture

• Rental Agents

• Inspection of the land, construction project

• Tour of show house if available

• Comparison of other development sites

• Take in local amenities, golf, restaurants, bars, beach and other tourist attractions

• Sample the food and wine

• Note points of interest, flight duration time, distance from airports, climate etc

The duration of your stay may vary due to time you may have available, we would typically suggest allowing 3 days, 2 nights in Europe, however this may well vary, for instance Cyprus maybe 4 days due to the longer flight time and time difference, either way we can tailor a trip to suit your needs.

In 2008 we will be offering a special package for customers coming on an inspection trip with Haven Overseas. On the organized trips we will be able to provide trips for a small base cost to our clients of just:

£149.00 – Cyprus
